At Creation India Craft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.  

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • You can return or exchange most items within the following timeframes:
    • Domestic Orders (India): 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • International Orders: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Original packaging is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized items.

Reasons for Return:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is significantly different from the description on our website.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone at +91 9634045305 within the specified timeframe mentioned above.
  2. Return Request Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.  
  3. Return Shipment: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include a copy of your packing slip or receipt. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your own records.  
  4. Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
  • International customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request email.
  • We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request, but exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue you a full refund.
